Newly reimagined and quietly luxurious, The Pavilion is designed around you. Dine at The Penn, led by two- Michelin-starred Chef Tom Sellers, or take tea in the Tea Room overlooking the grounds. Reset in the spa, or out across the estate’s 300 acres — however you spend your time here, you’ll leave with the same thing: a renewed sense of wellbeing.
Experience pure luxury in The Pavilion and Cottages
The Pavilion at Stoke Park is the epitome of modern luxury — 28 bedrooms, each reimagined by designers Ishrat Saghal and Parinaz Nia, every one anchored by its own bespoke chinoiserie wallpaper and a palette of soft greens, botanical blues and warm stone drawn straight from the estate’s own gardens. Set within the estate’s own parkland and quietly graced by Hollywood royalty since the doors first opened in 2008, every room enjoys a view over the estate and gardens. Three cottages complete the picture, each with their own private garden for heightened privacy — including the historic Gatehouse, lovingly restored.
Within the Pavilion, guests can enjoy the Spa, a sanctuary of British wellness, and the striking 4,000 sq ft gymnasium, with expert training on hand — or dine in a choice of restaurants: the opulent Penn at Stoke Park, led by two-Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers; the Terrace & Glasshouse, overlooking the gardens; or the Tea Room, for teas and patisserie.
The dining experience at Stoke Park
From Autumn 2026, Stoke Park opens the doors to six new dining experiences: The Penn at Stoke Park, our fine dining restaurant; The Terrace & Glasshouse; The Tea Room; The Piano Bar; The Clubhouse; and Afternoon Tea in The Mansion. Each is led by two-Michelin-starred Chef Tom Sellers and his team, with produce drawn from our own Kitchen Garden as the seasons change.

Stoke Park is an idyllic escape for families, where time together is unhurried and memories are made. Children can spend hours enjoying the Outdoor Playground, built just for them, take a ride round the estate on the Stoke Park Express, our own miniature train, enjoy movie magic together in the state-of-the-art cinema, channel their sporting heroes on our tennis, padel and pickleball courts or enrich their imaginations in our Classroom.
Gymnasium & Fitness Facilities
The 4,000 sq ft gymnasium sits within The Pavilion, fully refurbished for both strength and functional training, with expert guidance close at hand for those who want it — the estate’s parkland just beyond the door, for whenever you’d rather train outside.
